2.1. Human Design Readings and Coaching Services

All Human Design readings, coaching, and group programs are provided based on the personal interpretation of your Human Design chart and are intended for educational and informational purposes only. These services are not a substitute for professional advice such as legal, medical, or financial guidance.

2.2. Digital Products

All digital products are provided for personal, non-commercial use. Sharing or distributing our digital products is prohibited unless expressly authorised by Melanie Lavender.

2.3. Group Programs

Our group programs are subject to availability, and spaces are limited. By joining a group program, you agree to adhere to the guidelines and standards set within the program.

3. Payment and Pricing

3.1. Pricing

All prices listed on this Website are in Australian Dollars (AUD). We do not currently charge Goods and Services Tax (GST). Prices are subject to change without notice.

3.2. Payment Methods

Payments for services and products must be made in full at the time of booking or purchase. We accept payments via credit cards processed through Stripe.

4. Appointment Cancellation and Rescheduling

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and we aim to be as compassionate as possible. If you need to cancel or reschedule a 1:1 reading or session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice by contacting us at hello@melanielavender.com. While we do ask for 24 hours’ notice, we also understand that certain circumstances arise. We will use discretion in situations where notice is shorter than 24 hours.

No-shows without communication will be charged the full session fee.

5. Intellectual Property

All content provided on this Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and digital products, is the intellectual property of Melanie Lavender. You are granted a limited license only for personal use. You are not permitted to:

Reproduce, distribute, or sell any of our materials
Modify or adapt any of our products without prior written permission
